GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions include the terms and conditions for ordering and delivering products. The customer accepts the terms when purchasing the products and undertakes to comply with these. More detailed delivery and availability information will be announced in the order confirmation. Order confirmations will be sent by e-mail. RE Motors Oy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by unilateral decision without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering, which appear on these pages. Amendments to the Act shall enter into force immediately as such, unless otherwise provided by law. RE Motors Oy is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances which is beyond the control of RE Motors Oy and which RE Motors Oy cannot reasonably determine. RE Motors Oy undertakes to notify the customer of the obstacle without delay.
RE Motors Oy sells products and services to individuals and also to companies and organizations.
Consumer trade complies with the applicable Finnish and European Union consumer protection legislation. These terms and conditions are not valid to the extent that they restrict the consumer's rights under mandatory law.
The trade agreement between RE Motors Oy's customers and RE Motors Oy is governed by the Finnish Trade Act, unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.
When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide his complete contact information, which includes at least the name, address and telephone number of the consumer customer, and possibly an e-mail address. The information required from RE Motors Oy customers is the name, telephone number and e-mail of the contact person, postal address, telephone number or numbers and, if necessary, the billing address and business ID (if you are a company).
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices include VAT but do not include transport unless otherwise stated. If there are obvious price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.
If the price of the product increases before the shipment is processed, the ordered products will be delivered at the original price. If changes are made to the order, the price of the product will be determined according to the price at the time of the change.
Most of the products we sell can be found in our warehouse, in which case all orders will be shipped within the same day and they will arrive in the mail within about 1-3 days. Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-5 working days, depending on the order and delivery method. If the product is in stock, we aim to ship it on the same or the next working day at the latest. If the product is not in stock and we order it from the importer, the delivery time is usually 3-6 business days. If for some reason the product is not available within 1 week of the order, the customer will be notified separately as soon as we receive the delivery information. RE Motors Oy is not obliged to reserve other products of the same order to the customer if the availability of one product is poor or its delivery is delayed. Alternatively, the consumer may accept either a delayed post-delivery of the product or cancellation of the order. Postage for postage will be charged normally.
We deliver all ordered products at once. The missing product can also be delivered separately as post-delivery without separate delivery costs (RE Motors select the appropriate delivery method). You can indicate in the “comment” section of the order if the missing products are to be delivered as a separate post-delivery. In connection with each delivery confirmation, we will deliver a postal tracking code with which you can track the progress of your package, if there are any ambiguities in the delivery of your package, primarily contact the post office www.posti.fi. We do not use postal or bus advance. We will notify you by email / text message when your order can be picked up. RE Motors Oy is responsible for the costs if the products are lost or damaged during shipment. Please report immediately if the package is damaged or lost! If the product is damaged or lost during the product return, the customer is responsible for the costs.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
Products are delivered through Posti and Matkahuolto. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to the order, the customer must notify us of the error immediately. If the package is damaged during transport, the customer must immediately make a complaint to the Post Office.
DELIVERY COSTS (WITHIN FINLAND)
Delivery costs within Finland for orders under 129 euros are 9.90 euros. For orders over 129 euros we do not charge any delivery costs (post office home delivery limit is 300 € and costs 19.90 €). We deliver Web Gift Cards to your email without shipping costs. If you place multiple orders at the same address within a few days, we reserve the right to combine the products you ordered into the same package. Delivery within the EU is also possible (please contact firstname.lastname@example.org).
Postal package € 9.90
The order will be delivered to the nearest Post Office. The customer receives the arrival notification via SMS, e-mail and Posti's mobile application, if it is used by the recipient.
Posti Home Delivery (Home Package) € 19.90
Posti tries to call or send a link by e-mail, text message or in the My Post application from the time the package is delivered. The link takes you to Posti's website, where the recipient can choose the most suitable delivery time. The post office will call the recipient to agree on a delivery time. If the recipient cannot be reached after two call attempts, a call request will be mailed to him to agree on a delivery time. Delivery days Mon – Fri.
Matkahuolto Lähellä Package € 12.90
The order is delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto, Matkahuolto agent point or Matkahuolto Parcel Point (K-Markets, Siwat, Valintatalot, designated R-kiosks, Tokmanni and many other companies). The customer will receive a text message or email when the order can be picked up. Arrive within 1-3 days.
Large products weighing more than 35 kg are mainly delivered by Posti Posthti.
Pickup from store
A text message / e-mail will be sent to the customer when the shipment can be picked up. The shipment will be handed over against the order confirmation number and ID. For online paid orders only.
Note! Place an order through the online store before 10:00 and you can pick up the goods after 12:00.
DELIVERY COSTS ( INSIDE EU)
We deliver products within EU. For order under 125 € do we charge 19,90 € and for orders over 125 € do we charge 15,90 in delivery charges for packages under 10 kg. The packages will be delivered with Posti (PARCEL CONNECT ).

We ship within the European Union. If you wish to order something over 10 kg we ask you to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the order is not redeemed, we will charge the subscriber for the delivery costs incurred for the unredeemed order afterwards.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the provider of the payment intermediation service and the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.
All domestic Finnish online banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-bank.
Credit card payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express.
Mobile payments: MobilePay
Invoice: Collector invoice, Installment payment, card payment and direct payment via your online bank.
Payment when pick up from store: Payment is made when you pick up the products from our store
Collector Invoice / Installment
Collector Bank AB offers the possibility to pay for your purchases from the online store with an invoice or installment. When you select the Collector Invoice / Installment payment method in connection with a purchase transaction, you can apply for an invoice credit corresponding to the purchase amount up to a maximum of EUR 5,000. You will be notified of the credit decision after you have confirmed the purchase on the merchant’s website.
Once Collector Bank has approved your credit application, you will not have to pay anything for the purchase amount during the same month. Collector Bank will send an invoice by post for the month following the purchase transaction and the invoice will not be due until the last day of that month. An invoice fee of EUR 2.95 is added to the invoice, but no credit interest is charged for the period between the purchase date and the invoice due date.
After receiving the invoice, you can choose whether to pay the total amount mentioned in the invoice at once or in installments of up to 36 months (however, at least EUR 10 per month) by concluding an overdraft agreement with Collector Bank. In order to pay the invoice in installments, you must pay the minimum amount stated in the invoice or a higher proportion of the total amount and send a signed credit agreement to Collector Bank by the due date of the invoice.
You can send the credit agreement either by letter (Box 11 914, 404 39 Gothenburg, Sweden) or scanned by e-mail (email@example.com). The credit agreement as well as the general terms and conditions and the standard European consumer credit information (SECCI) are available on Collector Bank's My Pages portal (https://oma.collector.fi).
If you enter into an overdraft agreement and pay the receivable in installments, the installment invoices will be sent to you on a monthly basis and the due date will always be the last day of the month. An account management fee of EUR 2.95 per month and a monthly interest rate of 1.6% are added to each invoice, which corresponds to a nominal annual interest rate of 19.20%. For both invoices and installments, late and unpaid invoices will be charged a € 5 reminder fee for each payment reminder, plus a monthly interest rate of 1.6% for the delayed period.
You can cancel the account credit agreement within 14 days of concluding the credit agreement. Notification of the cancellation of the account credit agreement must be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone to 09 3158 9947. When exercising the right of cancellation, you must repay the full amount of credit within 30 days and the credit interest accrued up to the repayment date.
All persons over the age of 20 who are permanently resident in Finland can apply for a loan using the Collector Invoice / Installment payment method. Collector Bank checks the credit information of the loan applicant before granting the loan.

Credit example, Installment: EUR 1,000 credit amount and 12-month credit period
Account management fee € 2.95 per month, nominal annual interest rate 19.2%, minimum monthly installment € 85 - € 99, actual annual interest rate according to the Consumer Protection Act 21%, credit costs € 104 and credit price € 1104.
RIGHT OF RETURN
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The product can be returned if the product is unused, marketable, undamaged and in its original packaging. Products not used in distance selling have a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The purpose of the law is to give the consumer the right to get to know the product as it is possible in the store.
Returns are conveniently handled by post at no extra cost. If you want to return the product, always contact us (email@example.com) before returning the goods. We will provide more detailed return instructions. Packaging is the responsibility of the sender. The products must be carefully packed so that the products are not damaged during transport. We recommend that you always use the original packaging of the product. RE Motors Oy is not responsible for damage to returns packaged carelessly and in violation of the terms of the contract. The cost of an error on the part of the customer will be charged to the customer. We will exchange the product for another, or refund the price you paid for the product as a Payment Intermediary through Paytrail once we have received your order (payment time approximately 2-10 days). Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs. Product exchanges are made without delivery costs.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
RE Motors Oy has the right to refrain from refunding payments until the goods have been returned or the consumer has shown that he has returned the goods, for example with a return receipt. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used by the buyer (often within 2-10 days after we have received the goods).
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY FOR ERRORS
The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer. The buyer is obliged to read the warranty conditions supplied with the product before using the product. Warranty conditions can be found in the operating instructions, a separate warranty form or the web address provided by the manufacturer. RE Motors Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or loss of income caused by the product and / or service. RE Motors Oy's liability is always limited to the content of these terms and conditions. Liability for errors is always limited to a possible refund of the purchase price. RE Motors Oy reserves the right to verify errors in the products. Testing is not performed while waiting. You must always allow 3-5 business days for this.
COMPLAINTS / PROBLEM AND DISPUTES
If the product you ordered is defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact (info (@) remotors.fi) within 14 days. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made immediately to the transport company. A free-form complaint can be submitted either by e-mail to info (@) remotors.fi.
Settlement of Disputes and Jurisdiction: The Consumer Customer has the right to submit disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board. The customer may bring an action against RE Motors Oy for disputes arising from this debt relationship either in the district court of RE Motors Oy's domicile or in the district court of the place in Finland in whose jurisdiction he or she resides. If the customer is not domiciled in Finland, disputes will be handled in the district court of RE Motors Oy's domicile. Representation fees are not reimbursed, as the Consumer Advice and the Consumer Disputes Board provide assistance in resolving disputes free of charge.
DISTRIBUTION OF RESPONSIBILITY IN ACQUISITIONS
Products and services are always sold as is. RE Motors Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct costs caused by the error and / or use of the products or services, nor for any loss of income. Liability is always limited to the content of these terms and conditions. Liability for product defects is limited to the possible return of the purchase price less the operating benefit.
The warranty period of the device purchased for use by RE Motors Oy is determined in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions, and the end of the warranty period terminates RE Motors Oy's liability. Physical opening of the product to modify the device will void the warranty and the seller's liability unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
